Order & Payments
- Select your desired product, choose your size, and click Add to Cart.
- Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and select your payment method.
- Our team will call you to confirm your order before dispatch.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Confirmed during the verification call.
- Card Payment: Confirmed after successful payment verification.
Shipping & Delivery
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.
The standard delivery charges per order are PKR 150 for orders under PKR 3000.
Yes. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Exchanges & Returns
- Size exchange allowed within 7 days of dispatch.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Video proof of condition is required before approval.
- If the requested size is unavailable, store credit valid for 90 days will be issued.
- Refunds are not offered.
If you receive the wrong or a defective product, contact us within 48 hours with a clear video showing the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement.
